As Terion is my ally I need his forces in battle but he is not responding to any of my posts or PMs, I was wondering therefor if I could take over Gael without force. I do not want to use force because I am allied to him and there for I would look like I am an lier and my character is an honest man.

Well, I think you rather should wait for him to respond. Have you sent him an e-mail?..maybe that works better.
